We’re thrilled to introduce The Insider—our brand-new leadership and talent development newsletter designed to go deeper than surface-level advice and recycled content. Born from five years of learning, growing, and guiding leaders through real challenges, The Insider delivers fresh insights, practical tools, and behind-the-scenes strategies we use every day with our clients. This isn’t just a newsletter—it’s your inside access to how transformation really happens in people, teams, and organizations.
How is this Insider different from all other newsletters? It’s not playing from the same script of recirculating information transformed into bite-sized consumption. Each Insider will bring you new and relevant tools, insights, and methods that we use daily with our clients. We will bring what works in all areas of people development strategy. As we learn and grow so will what we share. Our goal for the time you spend on the Insider is to elevate your perspective, expand your toolset, and lead you to greater results.
Why Now?
March is the bridge between hibernating stillness and blossoming renewal. It marks a unique collective transition we experience internally that mirrors our seasonal calendar. Most people feel this as a new and awakened energy.
In March 2020 I had the idea of creating Status Pro Group and today, 5 years later I am launching the Insider out to you.
Who We Are
For those of you new to me and my company, I am so happy to be in your inbox. And for those of you who are either lightly or strongly connected to me and my work, thank you for being a part of this journey!
A bit about me. I am the CEO and founder of Status Pro Group, a wife, and a mom to three boys, ages 12 (today is his birthday!), 9, and 6. We live on Long Island, NY, about 40 minutes from Manhattan. I spent 20 years in Human Resources leadership roles across the financial services and healthcare industries, living and learning all areas of HR. Today, I lead a passionate team of executive coaches, facilitators, and people development experts. Together, we partner with organizations in these industries to elevate talent, strengthen teams, and drive meaningful leadership growth.
